Many “creatives” feel "pushed-out" or even rejected from pastoral or business leadership. The rigors of the needed structure can either drive them away from leadership, or they will constantly face the temptation to migrate away from that structure… even though it is needed.
But creatives, be you in your leadership. Talented leadership needs creativity as well. The successful, highly regimented leaders surrounded themselves with creatives. You can surround yourself with regimented leaders under you.
Whomever you are - the best leaders will be themselves, hire a team of good people that compliments them, and then will lead everyone in being whom God created them to be.
